TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Leeds suffered their third straight loss as the pressure increases on Neil Warnock. A 1-0 away loss to Millwall was summed up by the red card to Luke Varney just after half time. Warnock’s sides always tread a fine line between competitive and downright dirty and this was a case of the latter. An elbow to the head was a straight red and Warnock had no cause to complain. A few new players have arrived to inject a bit of fresh blood into the ailing side. Defender Alan Tate and midfielder Jerome Thomas will improve the squad for sure. Striker Luke Varney is out suspended while key midfielder Michael Brown returns after his own suspension is over.
Crystal Palace continue their amazing run of form and remain unbeaten in 15 matches now. With five straight victories The Eagles are soaring and sit atop the division. Playing superb attacking football, full of confidence and defending well too they have all the attributes of champions.Ian Holloway has a few injury worries to contend with however, likely to miss out are defenders Darcy Black and Paddy McCarthy and midfielder Jonathon Williams.
