Reading are perceived to have had a poor start to the season but they have already gained 10 points. They never won for three fixtures but have won the last three without conceding a goal. Fulham and Middlesbro were defeated along with Scunthorpe in the league cup. Loan star Glenn Murray grabbed two in his last game and he is lethal at this level. Anton Ferdinand will not make the game though. Millwall had an almost reverse of the season Reading have had. They started well but seem to have tailed off over the last few weeks. They are level on points with todays hosts. Millwall are struggling to score and that is hindering their progress. They have only managed 6 in 6 games. Millwall’s star man this season has been Lee Martin and the winger will have to miss the next few games at least, and that’s a huge loss for them.
Odds seem massive on Reading here, the sort of odds you would get on a team who are slight favourites. Reading are far superior to the visitors for me and have shown their form over the last few weeks. They had horrendous injuries too and have slowly regained their players. The inclusion of Glenn Murray will reap goals for sure as he is a pure goal machine. Great play here on Reading.
Back Reading to win at 2.20 (6/5) at Willhill.
