SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY - CRYSTAL PALACE PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Sheffield Wednesday's revival continues with another positive result. They now make it 3 wins and 3 draws from their last six matches. A run which includes two goal victories over Hull and Brighton, impressive results. Wednesday are not out of the mire though as they still remain only 2 points above the drop zone. With a record that reads 10 wins, 7 draws and 15 losses they do have a chance of survival. Dave Jones is hoping for the OK  on Anthony while Reda Johnson and Giles Coke  have knocks and are also doubtful. New signing Connor Wickham should start up front.

Crystal Palace have found their form again and look like the Palace we knew from before Christmas. Four games unbeaten now with three well deserved wins, but all played with the usual attacking intent. Indeed the game they drew in that run was arguably their best performance. Hammering Watford but unable to grab the winner. Palace sit in 4th position with 16 wins, 10 draws and 7 losses. They are four points behind the all important 2nd automatic spot. Big loss for The Eagles as Wilfried Zaha misses out with a dead leg.

Palace have picked their game up just at the right time. After a poor run they look back to their very best and it is just a shame Zaha is injured here as his inclusion would have made this a maximum bet. Even without him The Eagles still have plenty of attacking options and in Glen Murray have the leagues standout striker with 27 goals this season. Holloway has decent back up on the sidelines too. Wednesday are in great form but I cannot see them repelling Palace at all, especially with injuries of their own and to key men too.
