TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Wolverhampton are on a downward trend after after only 1 win in 6 games, with 3 defeats in that time. Last time out they were clearly second best against a strong Hull side. Wolves are a side we have gotten against for many weeks recently due to the bookmakers consistenly overrating them An average side who are solid but predictable. Stale Solbakken has no new injury worries and goes into the game with an unchanged squad. Long term injuries remain and Slawomir Peszko, Razak Boukari,Stephen Hunt, George Elokobi, Jamie O'Hara.

Brighton finally ended their awful run of form with a 1st win in 8 attempts. They picked up a late winner at home to Peterborough in a game they dominated but never looked liked winning. A typical story for Gus Poyet's side. They had the same problem last year and unless they bring in a goalscorer to assist Mackail-Smith they are not going to make the playoffs. The side is really solid defensively and has the best backline and keeper in the league. They play wonderful football at times but just lack the killer instinct up top.

These are two sides who were expected to challenge long term but neither have the allround game to be a top side. Brighton for me only lack a top level striker while Wolves are a decent Championship side but for me thats about it, I would be very surprised if they made a playoff place as they lack quality in attacking areas and are light on creative players. This game is a very tight match and the draw is a huge runner here at such a big price, 2 low scoring sides where defences will be on top.

Brighton +0.5 is the pick here at 1.58 (Pinnacle) This is a very close game between two sides out of form. Although I'm looking at a draw in the 1x2 market Im a big fan of Brighton and like their brand of football. Wolves are all power and little else. This will be a very close game and I like the draw and Brighton as Wolves have a problem against anyone with a decent defence and Brighton's is the best in the league by far.
