OLDHAM V SHEFF UTD: PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIP 1x2
Oldham (14-12-18) sit fourteenth in League one with two to play, and an eight game unbeaten run has ensured they are safe for another season. With four wins in that eight game run, it has been an impressive set of results. Sheff Utd(17-12-15) have improved drastically since Nigel Clough took over as manager, and will be one of, if not the favourites to win this league next season. Just two losses in their last seventeen league matches has left them close to a play-off place, but early season woes mean they must wait another season at least for promotion. F.A.Cup semi finalists it really has been an excellent second half of the season for the Blades, and they will want to finish their last two games strong to take the momentum into next season. Captain Korey Smith and Worrall(both mid) could be out for Oldham, with Collins(def) doubtful for the Blades.
Sheff Utd at 2.60(8/5)WilliamHill can maintain their strong finish to the season by winning their final away game. Oldham have been on a good run themselves, but the weekend win at Carlisle made League one safety assured, and they may be in beach mode for this. The Blades can take advantage of this by registering yet another win under the leadership of coach Nigel Clough.
