Two sides go into this one in contrasting fortunes from midweek European exertions. Arsenal were totally embarrassed by Monaco. Losing 3-1 at Emirates in a totally inept performance. They looked heavy legged and went through the motions. In the league they are 4th with 48 points, 2 ahead of Southampon in 5th. Home form sees 8 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss. Recent league form gives 5 wins and 1 loss. Mikel Arterta, Abou Diaby and Mathieu Debuchy are still out – while Wilshire misses out after having a reaction on his comeback. Aaron Ramsey and Mathieu Flamini are passed ok from injury but are not deemed match fit. Everton had a superb 2 legged win over Young Boys to become the sole survivor for UK in Europa League. In League this season they are in 14th with 28 points. Form isn’t great though with 1 win, 3 draws and 2 losses. Everton have John Stones and Aaron Lennon back available, but remain without Steven Pienaar, Aiden McGeady Christian Atsu, Bryan Oviedo and Tony Hibbert (knee).
