ARSENAL V SWANSEA PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

After a 2-2 draw last week, Arsenal host Swansea in this FA Cup replay.

Arsenal are 6^th in the EPL currently, 6 points off the 4^th place spot they require but with a game in hand.  They suffered a disappointing 2-0 home defeat against Manchester City at the weekend after conceding a penalty and having a man sent off in the first 10 minutes.

Swansea are 9^th in the Premiership with 30 points from 22 matches and are undefeated in 7 matches in all competitions.  They will easily stay up again this year and are building the squad for a sustained run at the top half in the EPL.

In the first meeting between the sides the game seemed to be a quiet one with a goalless first half but then the game sprang into life for the second half.  Four goals including 3 in the last 10 minutes seen the teams settle for a 2-2 draw to set up this replay at the Emirates.

Arsenal selected a full strength side in the first meeting and I’d expect the same for this match, Arsene Wenger has shown many times this season he is going all-out in the cup competitions in search of his first trophy. 

ARSENAL V SWANSEA PREDICTIONS: 1X2 BETTING PREVIEW

Arsenal are strong favourites here as the home side which I agree with.  They are putting a lot more focus into cup competitions this season and I’d expect a full strength side to be played.  Swansea have no immediate focus in the league, being comfortably mid-table, but I’d still expect them to rest a few bigger names in preparation for hosting Stoke at the weekend.
