Aston Villa have started very well and have won and drew 1 game. They beat Stoke away which not many teams outside the top 6 will do this year. They followed that up with a 0-0 draw at home to Newcastle. A game that lacked any real chances or creativity. Aston Villa look very strong defensively though. Aly Cissokho has gelled well straight away with Ron Vlaar and they do look a good back pairing. Jores Okore is out alongside long termers Kozak and Benteke. Hull sit level with Villa on 4 points after a win and a draw also. A win away to QPR which was fully deserved was followed up by a 1-1 draw with Stoke. That game was a decent result in the end as Hull had a man off after 16 minutes. James Chester will sit out here with a suspension but new signing Michael Dawson will slot right in. Robert Snodgrass is injured.
Very tight game indeed between two unbeaten sides. Not many goals here either as both sides look tighter than last year. I think Villa have been the more impressive though. The odds of 2.38 or 11/8 with Hills on Villa look very good indeed.
