Decent game at Villa Park tonight and I have a feeling that the visitors can get a result here. The pressure seems to be back on Villa after a few defeats. I don’t rate Sherwood at all and thinks hes too much of a “lad” to take serious. Villa are in 17th with 28 points and are 2 point of the drop zone. Home form for them sees 3 wins, 5 draws and 7 losses – worst in division. Recent form for them shows 2 wins and 4 losses. Villa are missing a few key men here with Alan Hutton, Scott Sinclair and Ashley Westwood all out. Not fully fit are Philippe Senderos and Kieran Richardson, Tom Cleverley and Aly Cissokho but they may be risked here. QPR are 3 points behind Villa in 2nd bottom with 25 points. Away form is poor but they did have a cracking win at the weekend beating West Brom 4-1. That was only their 2nd away win making them 2 win and 13 losses on the road. They lose Vargas and Yun for this one.
This is a real “6 pointer” in the relegation zone. Villa have all the pressure on here and I really do think the visitors have the better chances here. QPR can leapfrog the home side with a win here. A draw is a real possibility too so the half point start for QPR is the bet here. We get paid on the QPR win or a draw.
