TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Aston Villa are still in rebuilding mode with new manager Paul Lambert and a large injury list isn’t helping things.  They’ll still be without Bennett, Herd, N’Zogbia, Dunne and Gardner for this match which doesn’t help an already struggling side.  Their seems to be some friction between record signing Darren Bent and the manager also which has resulted in Bent starting from the bench in most games.  I fully expect him to leave in January if this continues, especially with his old boss Harry Redknapp in need of a striker at QPR.

Reading are having a good go at life in the EPL this year and have had some very exciting games.  They lack a little bit of experience it seems when it comes to closing out games and they have dropped points from winning positions numerous times.  They are scoring more goals than most of the teams around them though so have good chances at picking up points going forward.
