Blackpool are currently manager less after boss Michael Appleton moved to Blackburn after only 3 months in the job. Currently Blackpool are 15th in the Championship and 9 points off a playoff spot so a return to the Premier League doesn’t seem likely.
Fulham are 13th in the EPL and have been very inconsistent this season. They shouldn’t face any relegation trouble but I feel they have regressed from last season where they finished a very credible 9th.
In the first leg both teams played strong line-ups with many first team players and I’d expect more of the same tonight. Both teams are midtable and have no worries about relegation fights so they can concentrate more on the cup at the expense of a few league matches.

The market has this as a very tight match with a slight nod to Fulham. I’m going to go against the market here and back the manager less Blackpool to cause a cup upset.
