Bournemouth have pretty much confirmed survival with 8 games left, if Leicester had not had such a fantastic season we could have been looking at the manager of the year in Eddie Howe. Bournemouth had lost three of their best players for most of the season yet still have thrived. They sit in 13^th with 38 points from 31 matches. Home form reads 5 wins, 4 draws and 6 losses. Recent league form reads 3 wins, 1 draw and 2 defeats. They are without Mings, Wilson and Stanislas. King and Arter are carrying slight niggles but should be ok.  Man City are not in great form with 2 wins, 1 draw and 3 defeats. Overall they sit in 4^th with 51 points from 30 games and are in real danger of missing out on 4^th spot. They will start off on a bad point with new coach Pep Guardiola if they do not have UCL for him next year. Away form for City reads 5 wins, 5 draws and 4 defeats. They are without Kompany, Sterling and Delph here with de Bruyne classed as recovered but unlikely to rejoin the squad so soon. Doubts here over Nasri and Hart with the keeper looking unikely to make the game. Willy Caballero should slot in if Hart is out.

Man City have a quarter final date with PSG coming up in midweek so this will be the focus for sure. They will field a few fringe members here and will hope that they are good enough to take on this Bournemouth side. Eddie Howe’s men are playing at a top level considering the overall quality of the side and I expect goals here.
