Burnley had a poor Premier League season in 2018/2019, but so far things are looking like sunsets and roses for Sam Dyche and Burnley. They show great energy, and Ashley Barnes is in really good form up front. Burnley played in midweek, and lost to Sunderland. They did however rotate the starting eleven heavily. At home, in prime TV time. No doubt! This is a glam-tie for Burnley. They will go at it. Liverpool has opened with three wins out of three, and there is no doubt their world class front three is firing on all cylinders already. At the back it is a big minus Alisson Becker is out. They have looked shaky at times too in all games. Sam Dyche surely has taken notice, and his team is in form. He should be willing to try his luck in the Liverpool final third, as sitting back for the whole game surely looks like a certain way into failure given the form of the Liverpool frontmen.
Also, it is worth noticing that this game went over 3.5 in both maches last season. And that included Alisson in the Liverpool side. For all the praise the LFC defence received for its performances last season. Burnley found a way. Looking at the match today. I think we have a great game to look forward to. Over 2.5 is the pick!
