CHELSEA v CRYSTAL PALACE : TOTAL GOALS BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

Chelsea qualified with ease from their straightforward Champions League group and can put that on the back burner now and concentrate on league matters. All is not well still with CFC and Mourinho must be tearing his hair out behind the scenes. Chelsea are mainly winning but they keep throwing the odd shocker in and are also conceding heavily which is unlike them. Recent losses to Basel (twice) and Stoke and Newcastle stick out. Chelsea are in 3^rd with 9 wins, 3 draws and 3 defeats. Five points off leaders Arsenal, Chelsea are still in with a great shout at the title but they need to stop the occasional stinker. Chelsea have a full squad to choose from for the 1^st time this season so a major plus there. Crystal Palace have been transformed by Tony Pulis since the departure of Ian Holloway. The Eagles have 3 wins and 1 draw from the last five games with wins over Cardiff, West Ham and Hull plus a draw with Everton; All games without conceding a single goal!  Pulis is a great motivator and he has already worked wonders at Selhurst Park.

The goals expectancy is very high here but for me is wrong. Yes Chelsea should win here but I don’t see them scoring 3 goals or more. I don’t see Palace scoring at all so for me low goals is the bet here. Chelsea are involved in high goals generally with a 3.13 average while Palace surprisingly are 2^nd bottom of the averages with just 2.13. Under Pulis they have really tightened up recently and total goals in the last five games is just 5 for a ridiculous low of 1 goal per game! Under 2.5 has collected on 7 occasions in both sides last 10 matches so unders looks a great value bet for me.
