Certain teams in the Premier League just cannot perform against a particular other. One such is Spurs against Chelsea. They seem to wilt everytime they go head to head. You have to go back to 2010 for the last Spurs win and that run includes 4 wins and 5 draws all to the Blues of West London. Chelsea are flying in the Prem this season and have 10 wins and 3 draws from their unbeaten 13 game run to the season. At home they show 6 straight wins with 15 scored and just 3 conceded. Out will be Costa and he will obviously be a massive loss but they do have Remy and Drogba to come in and they are fearsome. Spurs have moved up to 7th with 20 points. Their away form reads 3 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss – a decent return. Form guide is mixed with 3 wins and 3 losses. They must do without Etienne Capoue and Danny Rose plus Walker out. Adeybayor is a big concern here too.
Spurs never seem to perform against Chelsea. This Chelsea side are as good as anything they have had over the past few years. Even without Costa here I would take the Blues to take apart Spurs. Chelsea at home means goals and wins. Another one here for me.
