LIVERPOOL V SWANSEA PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

This weekend’s only Premier League clash is an interesting one where we’ll see Brendan Rodgers’ Liverpool host his old side Swansea City.

Liverpool are 9^th in the Premier League with 36 points from 26 matches which leaves them an almost insurmountable 12 points behind 4^th place Tottenham.  Just a few weeks ago the Liverpool fans and players were very bullish on 4^th place but only the most optimistic will see it as a realistic goal now.  Just one win in their last 5 league matches is not the type of form a Champions League team can have at this stage of the season.

Swansea are one point ahead of their opponents which leaves them in 7^th position in the table.  They have had mixed results lately with 2 wins, 2 draws and a defeat in their last 5 games but they will be more than happy with their league position.

Neither team has many injury worries with Sturridge again fit for Liverpool and Swansea completely fit bar long term absentee Taylor.

LIVERPOOL V SWANSEA PREDICTIONS: 1X2 BETTING PREVIEW

Liverpool are strong favourites here as the home side but we have seen their home form slip up many times this season, none more so than last week against WBA where a comfortable performance turned into a 2-0 defeat thanks to wasted chances and defensive mistakes.

I think the value here is with the draw and will be going to Betsson to back it at a very nice 4.35.
