Liverpool v Spurs at Anfield and the game of the day for me on this Tuesday. Liverpool have seemingly turned their fortunes around and are now on an unbeaten run of 14 games (which includes 8 wins and 6 draws) The last match was particularly pretty but a 0-0 at Everton would have been considered a good result last season. Liverpool were the better side again and encouragingly some more game time under Daniel Sturridges belt. Liverpool welcome back Adam Lallana but Lucas Leiva misses out. Spurs have Nacer Chadli back from his spell out out. They are up to 4th and are 4 points ahead of Liverpool going into this one.
I respect Liverpool’s long unbeaten run but we don’t actually need the win with this bet. Spurs are given +0.5 start, so a draw is good enough (as is the win) Spurs done well against Arsenal at the weekend and recovered from a goal down. Close game this one and the odds too short on Lpool.
