MANCHESTER CITY V WATFORD PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Manchester City are fighting to keep pace in the Premiership and are currently in 2^nd place, 7 points behind rivals Manchester United. City are already out of Europe completely after finishing bottom of their Champions League group so realistically the FA Cup could be their best chance at a trophy this year.

Team wise I would expect City to rest a number of starters but that still leaves players like Mario Balotelli, Edin Dzeko, Scott Sinclair and Jack Rodwell to come in and get some more first team minutes. These players would be starters for the vast majority of the league so facing Championship opposition should be easy for them.

Watford are having a strong year in the Championship and currently fill the last playoff spot in 6^th place. They will be hoping to make a push towards the automatic promotion places and if not to settle for the lottery of the playoffs come the end of the year.
