QPR are still 5 points adrift of safety but picked up a huge win last week away to Chelsea, a result few imagined.  They need to vastly improve their home form though where they have won just once this season and have lost their last 2 games.  Their injury list is still numerous with Hoilett, Traore, Bosingwa, Zamora and Johnson still missing and they’ll be hoping to improve the squad with some new acquisitions in this January transfer window.

Tottenham are on a great run and are looking to cement their place as a top 4 side.  They have won 2 straight away from home and will feel they have enough to beat a QPR side who have been very poor at home this season.  On the injury front only Gallous and Kaboul are missing, which means Vertonghen and Dawson will continue as the centre back pairing for this match.
