SOUTHAMPTON v MAN CITY: 1x2 BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS
Southampton are discovering how tough this league is after all. A superb start to the season built on a rock solid defence had The Saints in the top 4 for most of the early part of the year. However a tough run of fixtures plus injuries meant a team built upon balance would struggle when anyone missed games. However Pelligrini will be really annoyed they gave away two late goals after dominating at West Brom (winning 3-2 in the end) Kompany is back for Man City and is a huge boost, but out are still Nastasic, Jovetic and Silva.
Southamptons strength was their balanced side plus superb understanding between the back 5. However with injuries the balance has been upset and the incoming players are not at the level. It was always going to tough for Southampton to play consistently and they were hit by back to back games with Arsenal and Chelsea. Defeat to Villa probably hurt them more as there expected to bounce back then. Man City are playing brilliantly at have the best attack in the division by a mile. They have netted 40 times already in only 14 games which is 10 ahead of the next best.
