SUNDERLAND V NORWICH CITY PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Sunderland will be missing James McClean who has a virus but will expect Lee Cattermole to be fit again.  Norwich will be missing Pilkington, Surman and Tettey but John Ruddy is back to full fitness and should retake his place in goal.
