West Brom have had a magnificent season and even though their form has been patchy over the last few months they have avoided their usual end of season scrap with relegation. Coach Steve Clarke has guided his side to 8^th position in the England Premiership, The Baggies need a win to hold that place, at best they need to match Swansea’s result. West Brom’s form is poor with 2 wins, 2 draws and 5 defeats in recent games. They like a few other sides have seemed to have faded badly over the latter part of the season, struggling to keep their standards up for the whole season; Players to miss this game are Zoltan Gera on the long term injury list and Marc Antoine Fortune with a suspension.

Manchester United will say an emotional goodbye to legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson and the occasion will be a celebratory affair. The ultra professional Scotsman will not let his side coast home and expect his side to go out for the three points as normal. A few fringe players may take part here but the like of Javier Hernandez and Shinji Kagawa would walk into nearly every other Premiership starting eleven. Manchester United are not actually in the best of form but with the season over they have not been at their best. Still 5 wins, 2 draws and 2 defeats is hardly poor form. Rafael misses out suspended while Ashley Young remains sidelined with injury.
