WEST HAM UNITED V TOTTENHAM PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

West Ham United are 11^th in the Premier League with 30 points from 26 matches.  A solid mid-table finish is a strong achievement for a team in their first year after promotion and manager Sam Allardyce should be very proud of their performances so far.  They have struggled somewhat recently though with 3 defeats in their last 4 games but they have all come away from home.

Tottenham are 4^th in the table with 48 points from 26 matches and are just 1 point behind 3^rd place Chelsea.  They have a 4 point gap over Arsenal in 5^th and know they must continue to win to keep the chasing pack behind and grab the all important 4^th place and the Champions League qualification it brings.

Both teams have a number of injuries with West Ham missing Potts, Collins and McCartney while Tottenham will be without Huddlestone, Defoe ad Sandro.

Tottenham had a tough match away at Lyon on Thursday night where they played a full strength side so the players will only have had 4 days rest compared to the weeks of rest for West Ham who have had no cup ties at all.  This could work both ways with the confidence that comes from a big one may give Tottenham momentum or it may leave them exhausted after giving it their all just a few days previous.

I think Spurs will be strong enough to cope and will be backing them to win at 2.20 with Betsson.
