This is officially the crisis in Paris this week. Indeed, after the defeat against Nice last week (2-1), PSG’s coach Ancelotti had harsh words against players in Paris: "I feel that the players are not yet focused on the project of the club. There is a lack of solidarity on the ground. At this time, the whole team gets me nervous". The position of the Italian coach would even be in danger if a solid reaction is not shown against Evian, Valenciennes and Lyon before Christmas. With the exception perhaps of his victory in Lille, PSG has never convinced this season. This collective weakness eventually result in terms of results when its rivals ceased to present themselves as sacrificial victims. On a disastrous series of 4 points in 5 days, Paris is now 5 points behind Lyon and could lose the title in case of bad result against them on December 16^th . After 15 games played, PSG has 4 points less than last year at the same time. In conclusion, PSG needs to crush Evian on Saturday in order to regain confidence and extinguish the fire around the club. Gameiro and Thiago Motta are still uncertain for this game.  Evian, on the other side, is not in a great form either. Evian’s players were again disappointed at home, where they have not shown much against red lantern Nancy (1-1). When they are playing at home, Evian has won only 1 game this season (3-0 against Bastia, 5th day). They are playing much better outside their lands where they have won 3 games out of 7. Good news for Evian, their Tunisian striker Khelifa is back and should start against Paris on Saturday.

PSG to win best odd’s can be found at 1.25 with Unibet, draw is priced at 6.68 with Pinnacle and Evian to win reaches 15 with Tipico. Paris desperately needs a large win against Evian in Parc des Princes. Even if Evian’s players are performing well when they are playing away, the technical gap between the 2 teams is such that it seems very unlikely that the Savoyards will win or draw in Paris. I think the good pick for this game could be the Asian handicap PSG -2 priced at 2.27 with Betvictor. Ancelotti needs to win but also to convince and I think he will ask his players to score as many goals as possible so a 3-0, 4-0 victory is what will be expected here.
