Eintracht Frankfurt host Hamburg in a mouth watering clash at the Commerzbank Arena. Frankfurt are the only side other than Bayern Munich to have a 100% record. They will look to press on but have a difficult task against a Hamburg side containing old boy Rafael Van Der Vaart.

Eintracht Frankfurt are on a real high and must have wished away the international break. Two excellent victories, at home to Leverkusen and a 4-0 away victory at Hoffenheim equals a perfect start. In the last match Frankfurt were aided by some sloppy defending and some real disciplinary problems as Hoffenheim gifted goals and had two men sent off. Take nothing away from Frankfurt though as they did take the game to Hoffenheim and were the better side in the first half.Playing the 4-2-3-1 with Canadian Olivier Occean a willing runner Frankfurt may upset some of the higher profile sides this year. Hamburg seemed to be in a bit of turmoil with two poor performances resulting in two comfortable defeats. Only keeper Rene Adler has kept the scorelines respectable such has been the poor level of perfomance. In the last match away to Werder they tried a change of formation to a more defensive 4-2-3-1 but it had little effect. All hopes now rest with the re-signing of Rafael Van Der Vaart, but the ex-Spurs man will need to some assistance from the rest of his team. A side at the moment who are rock bottom in confidence.
