A home record of (7-1-1) is pretty impressive, and the return of midfield maestro Sidney Sam is a massive plus going into this game. Stuttgart (5-4-9) turned in a sterling effort in midweek, only going down to a last minute strike in a 2-1 home loss to Bayern. That meant they have also lost their last three in the league, and are by no means out of the relegation picture. Kruse(mid) is out injured for Leverkusen, and Gentner(mid) for Stuttgart.
