MAINZ 05 V NURNBERG PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Mainz has had a strong start in the Bundesliga this season and sit in 8^th place with 14 points from 10 matches.  They have won 3 of their last 5 matches, losing just one and are climbing up the table after a very poor start.  Their last 5 matches have had an average of 2.6 goals per game and 3 of the 5 have finished with over 2.5 goals.

Nurnberg had a strong start to the season but have fallen away since then and now find themselves in 14^th position with 11 points from 10 matches.  They won 2 of their first 3 matches but since then went on a run losing 5 of their next 6 before finally finding a win last week at home to Wolfsburg.  Their last 5 matches have seen average of just 1.4 goals per game and only one of them finished with over 2.5 goals.
