WOLFSBURG V BORUSSIA M’GLADBACH PREDICTIONS

Wolfsburg are safe in midtable and will be aiming for a top half finish while Gladbach are still on for a European place if they finish the season strongly.

Wolfsburg are 13^th in the Bundesliga with 37 points from 30 matches which leaves them 10 points clear of the relegation playoff place.  They are undefeated in their last 6 matches and have pulled clear of the relegation fight, there is not enough time for them to try and push for a top 6 finish though.

Gladbach had a very poor first half to the season but have come on strong lately and are up to 7^th in the Bundesliga.  They are just 1 point behind a Europa League spot and 2 points off the final Champions League spot.  Their recent form is still inconsistent with 3 wins and 2 defeats in their last 5 matches and they have won just once in their last 8 away matches.  They really need to put a run together to end the season if they want to have any chance of stealing 4^th spot again for the second season.
