Ajax (17-8-3) close in on another Dutch title, and with six to play they have a commanding six point lead. Unbeaten in sixteen league games this game against a direct rival could go a long way to sealing it for them. A midweek cup semi final win over AZ puts them in pole position to complete the domestic double, and it is theirs to lose now. Twente (14-10-4) have been the biggest threat to Ajax all season, but a costly loss at lowly Go Ahead Eagles a couple of weeks back could prove a fatal blow. They really need to go for the win here, as nothing else will do with games running out fast, and the storming form of PSV has even put the second champions league place under threat as well as the title challenge. S De Jong(mid) and Fischer(str) miss out injured for Ajax, while suspension rules out key defenders Koppers and Rosales for Twente.
