Ivory Coast take on DR Congo in this AFCON round 2 match in Group B at Stade de O’Yem. Ivory Coast drew with Togo 0-0 in the 1st round. They were solid and organised and played some good nice football. They did look a bit lacking in the final third however. There are no injury or suspension worries for them here. DR Congo beat Morocco 1-0 in a surprise opening game. They ended the game with 9 men on the field as captain Gabriel Zakuani sustained an injury (he should be fit here) and Joyce Lomalisa Mutambala got a red card and he will not be able to play. DR Congo were very erratic in the match and didn't deserve the victory.
Ivory Coast will be more focussed here after a poor performance 1st time out. DR Congo were all hustle and bustle but were fortunate to take the three points off Morocco. Should be tight but for me Ivory Coast win at 1.88 Pinnacle.
