NIGERIA V BURKINA FASO PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Nigeria are group C favourites and are expected to easily qualify from the group.  Burkina Faso are outsiders but the market still gives them a reasonable chance of beating one of the big sides to qualification. 

Nigeria have played very few games in preparation for the tournament with just two friendlies since the qualifiers finished.  Most teams have played a few games over December and January but Nigeria have arranged just one friendly in 2 months and that ended with a 0-0 draw against Cape Verde Islands.

Burkina Faso have had a more traditional approach in preparation and have played 3 friendlies over the last month.  They are undefeated drawing twice away at Bahrain and Niger before winning easily at home 3-0 against Swaziland.  They will feel they have a real chance of beating either Nigeria or Zambia to qualify from the group.

NIGERIA V BURKINA FASO PREDICTIONS: 1X2 BETTING PREVIEW

Nigeria are favourites here and they certainly have the higher quality of individual player available to them.   They are the big name side of the group and should get most casual money bet on them.  Despite this I still feel they are good value for the win tonight at current prices.
