Schalke 04 did well against Chelsea on Match day one in Europe's premier football tournament. They came from behind to grab a 1-1 draw, a feat few thought possible pre kick off. Maribor was outplayed pretty much for the full ninety minutes against Sporting, but managed to get a very late equalizer and a 1-1 result at home.
Schalke has had some injury issues, but defensively Uchida, Fuchs and Matip all should be fit to play now after being involved against Werder Bremen. Going forward Schalke has a drawer full of massive talent to draw from.
Obviously Maribor should be dwarfed at this level, and I think they'll be pushed back for a full ninety minutes here. Therefore I am on the -1.25 handicap priced at 1.81 with Pinnacle Sports. I took two units!
