AZ Alkmaar v Atromitos predictions and betting tips
This is the second leg of the Europa League play-off match and AZ Alkmaar from Netherlands are hosting Atromitos from Greece. The first leg in Greece ended 1-3, it was a match with few chances (6-5 attempts and 4-3 attempts on goal), but AZ were by far the most effective and are in a great position to advance to the group stage.
AZ Alkmaar are expected to finish in the top half of the Eresdivisie, and they are currently in 9th place with two wins and two losses. Last match they played was on Sunday and they lost 2-0 away to Utrecht. Atromitos are also expected to finish in the top half of their Greece Super League, although they are not in same class as Olympiakos and PAOK. So far this season they have played two matches, they tied 2-2 at home in the first one and then lost 2-1 away to Olympiakos in the second.
