KUBAN KRASNODAR – VALENCIA: PREDICTIONS

Kuban Krasnodar sit lower mid table in Russia after a below average start to the season. They opened up well but seem to have tailed off as late. Overall record reads 3 wins, 4 draws and 4 defeats. Recent form has been very poor with 1 win and 4 defeats. In Europe Kuban have had four straight wins prior to the group stage;  knocking out Motherwell and Feyenoord. The opening group stage game was disappointing though, a dire 2-0 loss at St Gallen. Two key men out for Krasnodar with starting midfielders Vladislav Ignatyev and Charles Kabore are both ruled out. Loss is compounded by back up centre man Mo Rabiu also unavailable.

Valencia have really turned around their fortunes. Everything game to a head in the 3-0 home loss to Swansea on matchday 1.
