ARGENTINA – BOSNIA: BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS
Two of the current form sides in world football go head to head in St Louis in USA. Argentina miss Lionel Messi and struggled throughout the weekend 0-0 draw against Ecuador. They offered little offensively, they did look solid and were threatened by Ecuador on more than one occasion and their defence was all over the place. In the last 9 games Argentina have 4 wins, 3 draws and 2 defeats. Goals have flowed (but mostly Messi inspired) 17 goals scored and 8 conceded. Bosnia qualified by the skin of their teeth, with goal difference the winner for them over Greece. However they did manage to beat Greece by goals. Bosnia are flying formwise with 8 wins and just 2 defeats from the last 10 games. Goals have been flying in with scored and only conceded.
I am going with an upset here as I take Bosnia over Argentina. I didn’t like what I saw in the last game as an ineffective Ecuador had them on the ropes several times. Bosnia have the ability to really punish teams and will relish taking on this top side and showing their improvement. Bosnia are a far better side than Ecuador and should be backed at a huge price in this neutral venue match up.
