SCOTLAND – USA: BETTING TIPS AND PREDICTIONS

After a few years of struggle the Scots look to be back on the right track. With a great manager in Gordon Strachan and some top level players they had a strong finish to qualifying. Finishing 4^th in a tough group containing Croatia, Serbia and Belgium is no shame. Results have improved with Scots winning four and losing four with victories over Croatia (twice) included. USA topped the CONCACAF qualifying after a strong group showing. USA are in top form, with 9 wins from the last 10 matches. Scoring 21 and conceding 8 –Jurgen Klinnsmann is a shrewd tactician too. USA like to play all over the world in friendlies so no problem coming to Scotland. For USA Landon Donovan is left behind and is a big loss. Also players from Kansas and Salt Lake were unavailable for selection. For Scotland it’s the same squad as last few games with the addition of key striker Steven Fletcher.

USA are always underestimated whenever they travel anywhere but there is no denying the quality within their squad. Regularly beating the best teams around the world both home and away. The USA squad is better man for man than Scotland and the 1^st eleven stronger too. I take USA to continue their amazing run of form and make it 10 wins from 11.
