You can read my 1x2 predictions for this match HERE. You will find team news and a lot of general analysis in it, so I urge you to read it. Anyways, I am going for the over 5.5 yellow card line set by BET365 here. I have been relatively shocked at the discipline both sides display at times. Both teams are capable of playing dirty. 

My thinking is that this is one of those games both sides will look at as key to progressing. It is the one they have to win, then the rest is based on hope and luck as they will have to face Croatia and big favorite Brazil. This will turn up the heat. It is now or never! For an over bet on cards that is just how you want the setting to be.

Mexico will most likely utilize their 5-3-2 system making sure Etoo and Choupo-Moting do not get chances. Then they'll attack with their speedy, mobile players, sending their fullbacks forward. I can only imagine this will frustrate the Cameroon defenders. Also, the Cameroon defence has looked indifferent so many times they are bound to get caught off the pace. The result of that should be ill timed tackles and a few yellow cards.

Cameroon will try to use their physical players to bully their way. They should also be able to have fairly good control in midfield with players such as M'Bia and Song dictating the pace. Again, I can envision this leading to a lot of leg kicking from eager Mexicans looking to break up play and bomb forward. I can furthermore easily see the boys from Cameroon retaliating with some "footwork" on their own.

Not a stat based bet this, but having seen a lot of both sides recently I really like this bet. If you agree with me: Now is a good time to take the bet as the odds can be gone tomorrow.
