Juventus v Catania predictions and facts

Juventus is now very much in position to win back to back Serie A titles. Juventus is six points clear at the top of the Serie A table with eleven matches to go. In midweek Juventus were in control against Celtic, and I doubt they burned to much energy in that game, going into it with a 3-0 lead. Juve should field a very strong side here, but Vidal (Midfielder) is suspended. Defenders Caceres and De Ceglie are still injured.

Catania is a decent side, and still in the hunt for European football next season. Here however I see them being pushed back, and they'll be lucky if they can have 40% possession. I doubt they'll venture forward with great enthusiasm as Bergessio, their best striker this season most likely is out after taking a knock against Inter. Nicola Legrottaglie, their 36 year old defender is suspended, and Capuano (defender) as well as Barrientos (midfielder) are still out too.

Last year Juventus won this fixture 3-1 after a very controlled game. The reverse fixture this season ended with a controlled 1-0 win for the reigning Serie A champions.

Juventus v Catania betting tips

I can't see many reasons not to back Juventus here. I actually think the 1.31 currently offered by Betsson is very nice. Betsson weigh in the mid week game, but I assign less weight to that. Juventus should very easily cope with that given the setting of that game. Home win shout!
