SASSUOLO V LAZIO : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS

They say footballs a ‘funny old game’ and Sassuolos midweek draw at Napoli proved the point. Going into the game with no points, and a 7-0 home thrashing at home still fresh in the mind they travelled to Naples. Napoli had not dropped a point and took the lead, but Sassuolo quickly replied and hung on for an excellent first point of the season. They must build on it though, and two home games so far have seen eleven goals leaked.  Gazzola, Marrone, Valeri and Gomes miss out with injury in the first meeting of the teams.

Lazio erased derby defeat from the memory with a 3-1 beating of Catania to take their home form to three wins from three. Both away matches have been losses, though at the hands of Roma and Juventus. They have a Europa game next week and an ever growing injury list with Radu, Biava, Novaretti and Konko  leaving Lazio light in defence. Midfielder Biglia also misses, and  with star striker Klose now added to the list it is a real test of Petkovics squad.
