HIBERNIAN V DUNDEE PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Hibernian are 4^th in the table with 32 points from 22 matches and are just 2 points behind 2^nd place Inverness.  They have won just once in their last 5 matches, draw 2 and losing 2 over the period.  They have a 4 point buffer on 7^th place Kilmarnock so look good to keep their top 6 place going forward.

Dundee are well adrift at the bottom of the table with just 12 points from 21 matches.  They are 9 points behind 11^th place Ross County and look like they’ll definitely go down this year.  The promotion to the SPL looks to have come too early for Dundee who only got in thanks to the liquidation of Rangers and they’ll look to rebuild in the 1^st division before hoping to gain promotion the following season.

Hibs are coming off a strong home win against Celtic where they played some excellent football and were much deserved winners.  Before that though they had lost 3 straight at home so will be hoping they don’t revert to that poor form when the quality of opposition declines.

Dundee have lost 3 of their last 4 away from home and in the first fixture at this ground between the sides Hibs ran out easy 3-0 winners.

I expect Hibs to be too strong again this time and they’ll take confidence from their defeat of Celtic to see them through this game.
