ROSS COUNTY V HEARTS PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

Today’s only SPL match sees two very evenly matched teams take the field in a bottom 6 battle that could push one of the sides towards the top 6 split.

Ross County are 10^th in the table with 28 points, just 4 points off Aberdeen in 6^th.  They have been in great form lately with 3 wins and a draw in their last 4 matches.

Hearts are one place ahead in 9^th place and are just 3 points off the top 6.  Their form has been more inconsistent with 2 wins, 1 draw and 2 defeats in their last 5 games.  Their away form has been poor though with no wins in 5 games.

Hearts have a Cup final to look forward to when they take on St Mirren in the League Cup final next month.  Having this ahead could help their players raise their performances as they fight for a place in the cup final team.  If anything it’ll have a general boost to morale around the club.

The market has Hearts as small favourites despite being the away side.  I think this is a little unfair on Ross County who have been very strong at home this season and are a hard side to break down.
