A tough away trip for Celtic after their midweek Champions League qualifier sees them head north to take on Inverness, we’ll give predictions of the betting market for this SPL match.

Celtic are two games into their SPL season and have not had things their own way so far.  On the opening day they were held till late in the match by an organised Aberdeen side , and only a goal keeping error lead to a 1-0 win for the hoops.  Their second match away at Ross County was even tougher with Celtic looking like heading for a surprise loss until an injury time equaliser spared their blushes and gave them a 1-1 draw.

Inverness have started the season with 3 straight draws.  These include two tough away ties to St Mirren and Hearts so the highland club will be pleased to have remained undefeated.  They must turn some of the draws into wins, especially at home but they have faced some tough fixtures so they won’t be panicking yet.

Total Goals

Around 2.5 goals are expected in this game with the Over priced at 1.92 and the Under at 1.98.  Celtic may be without a number of players again for this tie, with them taking no chances on injured players before their second Champions League Qualifier in midweek. 

Asian Handicap

Celtic are strong favourites for this with the handicap set at Cetlic -1 @ 1.93 with Inverness +1 @ 2.0.  The big question here is how will Celtic’s injured players recover, they could be without half the team which started in midweek if they decide to rest the players who are not 100%.
