ESPANYOL V SEVILLA PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS

TEAM NEWS AND RUN OF PLAY

Espanyol are fighting for survival at the foot of the table.  They are not far adrift at the bottom however and are just one win off safety.  Injury wise they have a clean bill of health for this match with everyone fit but they will be without Sergio Garcia who was red carded late in the loss to Valencia last week.

Seville have more injury worries with Negredo, Manu and Trochowski all still missing but on the suspension front they are much improved with just Luna out, rather than the 4 suspensions they had last week.

Both teams can say they have been unlucky with results this year, at times they have performed well and had the better of a game, only to come away with a loss at the end of it.  This may be the case over the short term but over the course of a season this can’t be used as an excuse and both teams must be more clinical if they are to move up the table.

ESPANYOL V SEVILLA PREDICTIONS: 1X2 BETTING PREVIEW

The market sees this game as very tight with little to choose between the sides.  I think Seville were unlucky to lose last week despite having their two first choice defenders suspended and should have managed to get at least a draw.  With 3 players back from suspension this week they should improve and I feel they’ll have too much for Espanyol
