Levante has nothing more to play for in the BBVA LIGA this season. They did however notch their first win in seven matches last match day, so it doesn't look like they have gone vacationing just yet. They head into this match with positive momentum! They will however have to do without Juanfran at left back as well as Lopez on right back. To make it worse, Lell is out still too. No new worries these though.

Real Betis got back to winning ways last matchday with a crushing 4-0 home win against Zaragoza. They are set for Europa League play as Malaga has been suspended by UEFA. We'll see though if the last word in that case is uttered. Malaga is sure to push for having that decision overturned. However, Real Betis can't be thinking about that before this match. If Malaga throws their game away Betis can notch 6th spot anyway and secure Europa League football anyhow! So, yes; there is some motivation factor to this match as well. Real Betis will have to do without solid defenders Mario and Javi Chica. Canas (Midfielder) is still out too.
