REAL MADRID V FC BARCELONA PREDICTIONS AND PREVIEW: BETTING STATS AND FACTS
Barcelona travels to Santiago Bernabeu after losing to the home team Real Madrid in Copa del Rey earlier in the week.
Real Madrid comes in to this game undefeated in their last five games, 4 wins and 1 draw. Their home record is really solid, 7 wins and 3 draws in their last ten overall matches. They are currently third in the standings of La Liga after 25 played games; 16 wins, 4 draws and 5 losses. They have 6 clean sheets at home ground and have never failed to score at home soil. Goal difference of 62 made and 23 against. Their best striker is Cristiano Ronaldo with 24 goals in his 24 appearance. He has scored 9 goals in his last eight matches against FC Barcelona. Xabi Alonso is out due to an injury (pubalgia) and Casillias is also out due to a broken hand. Angel Di Maria is suspended due to the red card he got against Deportivo La Coruna. Sergio Ramos returns after serving one match ban. Marcelo, Luka Modric, Kaka and Karim Benzema could all feature after missing the last match-up in Copa del Rey.
Probable lineup:
Lopez
Arbeloa, Pepe, Ramos, Marcelo
Essien, Modric
Callejon, Kaka, Ronaldo
Benzema

Real Madrid v FC Barcelona PREDICTIONS: 1X2 BETTING PREVIEW
I’m betting the draw here. Real Madrid defeated Barcelona in Copa del Rey earlier in the week but they will rest a lot of the players and especially considering that the La Liga race is over. They have a much more important game coming up against Manchester United in the Champions League. Even though they won’t attend with their best squad do I think that Barcelona will have a really tough task against this super strong home team; they are undefeated in their last 26 games at home soil: 21 wins and 5 draws. Barcelona rarely lose two games in a row but Real Madrid is super solid at home. Messi missed their training on Wednesday due to fever so I’m not sure how fit for fight he will be. I definitely expect a draw here.
Bet the draw at 3.55 with Betsson.
