RUSSIA V LATVIA PREDICTIONS

The second day of the 2013 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship is here. 1^st ranked Russia takes on the 11^th ranked Latvia. Russia won their group last year and went all the way to the finals and won the gold medal. Latvia finished 5^th in their group and did not qualify to the playoffs.
