First round match in Bangkok

Marinko Matosevic played his last match at the U.S. Open against Marin Cilic in the first round late in August, where Matosevic was leading by 2-0 in sets and played a very good match. Matosevic lost by 2-3 in sets, in which he failed to keep out physically, that just did not had the strength through out the fifth set.

Ivo Karlovic was in the quarterfinals of the ATP tournament in Metz, where he did a solid tournament. Lost to Davydenko in the quarterfinals, after missing a match point in the second set. After the second set he collapsed and lost 0-6 in the deciding set!
Ivo Karlovic does not have much more than a good serve and a good volley, that does not have many other weapons to fall down on.

Pinnacle has 2.49 in odds on Matosevic, which I think is a great value. Matosevic is a player who has potential, but need to get more stable. He does have the game to beat good players if his serve and offensive game is working.
