GRONINGEN V VITESSE: PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIP 1x2
Groningen (14-9-11) finished the regular season with six straight wins, and are without doubt the form team going into these Europa league play-offs. The winning run began with a comprehensive beating of tonights rivals, and they will be confident of taking a lead into Saturdays second leg meeting. Vitesse (15-10-9) in contrast finished the season with a whimper, failing to win any of their last seven. Four of them were defeats, and it saw them slip from title contenders to a disappointing sixth placed finish. They may struggle to regroup for these play –offs after such a poor run, and in form Groningen will need no second invitation.
