ROMA V ATALANTA: PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS 1x2

Roma (23-7-2) continue in great form with six wins on the bounce, and second place now looks secure. The last eight meetings of the two teams has resulted in a Roma win, and with their impressive home form (13-3-0) you would not want to bet against that streak extending. Atalanta (14-4-14) had won six on the spin themselves, but were brought back down to earth with a 2-0 home loss to struggling Sassuolo last week. The winning run included three impressive away wins which certainly improved a previously dire away record to a more respectable (4-2-10). With a Europa spot still possible Atalanta still have plenty to play for between now and the end of the season, so expect them to be up for this. Roma have selection problems due to the suspension of key trio Florenzi(mid), Pjanic(mid) and Destro(str), along with injury misses Benatia, Balzaretti(def) and Strootman(mid). The great man Totti is also an injury doubt, while suspension to Del Grosso(def) looks to be the only notable miss for Atalanta.

Although still mathematically possible, it is a somewhat forlorn hope of catching Juventus, but Roma can take immense pride from the season they have enjoyed.
