SAMPDORIA V FIORENTINA : PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS 1x2
Sampdoria (11-7-12) won their fourth game in the last five with the midweek win at Sassuolo, and from looking over their shoulder they are now looking up. They are certainly playing as well as those around, and directly above them, and the last two home games have seen emphatic wins. Fiorentina (15-6-9) have not been in the best of form with just two league wins in their last seven played, and any hopes of grabbing the third place and Champions league spot are now a long shot, with ten points to find. Regini is an important defensive suspension for Sampdoria, with Rodriguez an equally important defender banned for Fiorentina. Rossi and Gomez missing leaves La Viola light in attack, with Anderson (mid) also out.
Sampdoria at 2.88(15/8)Bet 365 is my 1X2 betting tip, and quite a confident one. Of the two sides it is Sampdoria who have the momentum formwise at the moment. Of course it would be foolish to play down the quality of Fiorentina, but with limited striking options obviously hampering them for some time now, it seems to be getting worse before it gets better, and I don’t make them favourites for this game, unlike all the books. I rate Sampdoria a 2.50 shot to win this, so at 2.88 available it must be a bet.
